Notice of Planning Meeting
Monday 30th November 2015 @ 7.00pm
As consultees parish councillors will be meeting to consider responses to EHDC Planning Department for the following planning applications;
SDNP/15/05630/LIS – Church Cottage, Church Road, East Meon
SDNP/15/05469/FUL – Parsonage Barn, Harvesting Lane, East Meon

(The meeting is open to the public to observe, but not participate in the councillors’ discussions)
UPDATE – 12/08/2015: We have had several reports of difficulties with using the SDNPA website for sending in objections. They will be contacted about this today, but in the meantime could we suggest you email Amy.Wright@southdowns.gov.uk with your objection.
A revised planning application to develop The Forge, East Meon has been submitted to South Downs National Park for approval. East Meon Parish Council met to consider the application and has voted unanimously to oppose it. The minutes of this meeting are posted above.
We are drafting a formal objection which will be submitted shortly. In the meantime, we are inviting residents to respond by viewing the application and posting, emailing or sending their comments to South Downs National Park as soon as possible. The current deadline for submissions is 14th August. If this extends we will let you know. – UPDATE: SDNP SHALL NOT BE EXTENDING THE DEADLINE. PLEASE BE SURE TO SUBMIT YOUR COMMENTS BEFORE 14th AUGUST!

Comments can be either emailed to South Down National Park Planning Service, posted directly on their planning website page or sent by mail.
