Young Natural Ambassadors Award 2018 – Bursary

Young Natural Ambassadors

Thanks to a generous benefactor The Sustainability Centre in East Meon is delighted to be able to offer a young person the chance to gain experience of traditional crafts and outdoor skills such as bushcraft, nature conservation, wildlife photography, blacksmithing, coppicing or woodland management, which can then be used to further career prospects, as part of our ‘Young Natural Ambassadors Award 2018’

The Bursary-holder will also receive up to 18 days of training and support sessions.

Applicants must be aged between 14 and 21, and although formal qualifications are not required, applicants must have an interest in the ‘outdoors’, a desire to further their experience in this area, with a potential view to developing a career using these skills and a willingness to engage with programme tutors and support staff.

Applications must be received by 31st January 2018.
